Adoption Fee

Lily drew the winners for the IPod and the IPod Shuffle tonight at 8:30....and the winner of the IPOD 80G is....BECKY ULRICK!! And the winner of the IPOD SHUFFLE is....CAROL EGBERT!! I truly, truly wish that everyone could have won, this was really fun!! A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO CONTRIBUTED!! YEAH!!

Since I have to go out of town for a week for work and Lily will be at Grammy's, and I haven't yet reached my goal I have decided to extend the drawing to the 14th of July. Lily REALLY wants to be the one who draws the winners, so....

Meika is indeed in the quake area, she lives with a foster family in Chengdu and is reported to be safe. Her foster family lives near the orphanage. I am hoping that the earthquake will not affect my travel, which I am still hoping will be in the early fall. Thank you to all for your kind thoughts and contributions!

Wow! Who knew when I started this ChinIN that an actually little person was so close to being referred to our family? ANNOUNCING MEIKA XIAN! Who is currently 20 months old and waiting for us in China. We hope to travel to get her in early fall. Many thanks to everyone for all their kind support!

Greetings to all! And welcome to my IPod Adoption Giveaway page. I am raising funds for the adoption fee for my second daughter. For those who don't know me, I am a single mother to one beautiful daughter from China named Lily who is now seven and wishing and hoping and dreaming about her Mei Mei (baby sisiter). We are on the special needs track for this adoption and hope that it will be soon.
